DIMSUM GALORE – Hong Kong
Eating dim sum at a restaurant is usually known in Cantonese as going to "drink tea" (yum cha, 飲茶), as tea is typically served with dim sum.
-Wikipedia
If you never knew me well, you prolly never knew that I am a food enthusiast. Good Food, that’s it.
When It comes to Dimsum, I never really had any knowledge about it. All I knew was some har gao , siew mai. And char siew bao. Full stop.
And, This following three words changed my life,
LIU SHA BAO.
As innocently as it may seem, IT’S A SIN. ( and you will know why)
It’s pretty much, Custard Buns with lava salted egg yolk in there.
Savory Sweet Goodness.

Before I skip forward , let’s take a foodflight to HONGKONG, the parents of Dim Sum.
TIM HO WAN – Hong Kong
Michelin Star awardee. Famous Dim Sum Place in HongKong,
but it’s located at a pretty secluded place near mongkong/Prince edward.
I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS A MUST TRY.
THEY DONT SERVE LIUSHABAO THOUGH!
I swear I was FREAKING disappointed down right to my cores.
Tim Ho Wan Outlets address and contact number!
Tim Ho Wan’s Menu and Prices ! Click to enlarge.
Rice Rolls
Baked CHAR SIEW BAO .
It was so good that each of us had three! Because It was baked, the caramelized crispy outer crust was almost perfection. As you break the case, the steam and amazing flavour of the BBQ pork (CHARSIEW) will tempt to gobble up immediately.
Phoenix Claws.
My virgin experience! AND IT WAS HOLYCRAZY GOOD.
But, when I came back to SG, nothing like that appeared.
TIM HO WAN - HAR GAO
THE BEST DISH IN TIM HO WAN I WOULD SAY.
Till today, i still can remember the taste so vividly and even crave for it now and then!
The skin is really thin. I hate those skins that has this rubbery eeky texture that made you think you are chewing on plastic?!
But anw, the Prawns are FRESH-SUCCULENT-JUICY-CRUNCHY-GOOD.
Pan Fried Red Bean cakes.
Carrot cake.
A very different taste from Singapore’s.
Honey Steam cake.
I know this look really unappealing and is nothing I would ever order, but Its pretty crazily loved by internet peeps so I thought I would try! AND VOILA, YUMMY MAX.
Some meat ball dish. No comments, hahaha. Super normal.

Some Random Restaurant in Hong Kong.
After researching and asking my hongkong friends, i came to the know that Liu Sha Bao is not extremely common. You can only find them in places like restaurants ( Jiu Lou ).
Our hongkong dancer friends were really nice and brought us to a place to takeaway ‘some dimsum’.
This authentic Hk LSB, made my day but it’s not the best I ever had!
Generally, good food!

For alot who have been concerned of what exactly am I doing right now,
I am actually Freelancing dance, in the case of teaching and performing paid shows.
The money is not exactly alot, but it’s do-able for now.
And I really like teaching dance, because as I teach, I feel that I learn alot, really.
But of course, I have alot more to learn and improve.
And thanks to people around me, who made my ‘goal’ as a dance instructor, half fulfilled.
PLEASE STOP UNDERPAYING DANCERS.
Thanks. I dont know about others, but so far, dancers whom I have worked with, we are always giving our 100% to teach or to perform for clients.
But sometimes, some people dont appreciate and regard our talent and hardwork and it’s pretty sad.
Well, not mentioning names or so.
*Bows*
As for a design job,
I dont exactly know what should I do next. Study, or work or what. Hmm.
Any good advices?

Thanks.
Wondering why I never had the motivation to move on for th past 2 years? Well, We have never done anything that makes me feel extremely bonded to him, in another which says, S**. So stop jumping to conclusions bitches.
The reason which I just (no joke, prolly 30mins ago) figured, is that I really felt that he really loved me. And till today, I am sure that I would stay really special in his past and his present.
Thank you, you know who you are (:
Thank you so much for telling me, M and I am ready to move on strong.
For whoever's gonna be the next, please dont pry my heart unless you really mean to. Just some forewords. Haha.
